Weinheim
Stylishly renovated semi-detached house
Weinheim
Status Quo

Plan
The aim of the renovation was to preserve the historic building fabric while creating a modern, functional living environment. Clear design lines, light colors, and carefully placed accents, such as a new, modern steel railing on the original wooden staircase and classic wooden details, were intended to bridge the gap between old and new. The renovation of the clinker brick façade, the refurbishment of the wooden shutters, and the paved courtyard also aimed to create an aesthetically harmonious image—including furnishings and fittings for a short-term or long-term rental concept.

Delivery
The implementation was comprehensive and of high quality:
New flooring in all rooms
Two modern bathrooms spread across two residential units
Refurbishment of stairs and wooden details
Expansion of the attic including gallery area, walk-in closet, and stylish steel railing
Renovation of the ground floor apartment with vaulted ceiling, open-plan living area, new bathroom, and storage room
Newly paved courtyard, new external steel staircase to the upper unit
Fully furnished, including beds, sofas, dining tables, and decorative highlights
renovated brick facade
New electrical and heating technology with air source heat pump

Live
Today, the property presents itself as a ready-to-move-in ensemble with character. The upper maisonette apartment impresses with its spacious gallery, castle view, stylish furnishings, and light-flooded rooms—perfect for couples or families. On the ground floor, there is a separate, modern apartment, ideal as a guest area or for renting out. Outdoor space and storage space round off the overall picture – a successful combination of design, history, and comfort in the heart of Weinheim.
