The villa was to be redesigned in all areas using a modern architectural language. The aim was to completely renovate the floors, walls, ceilings, and fixtures and replace them with clear, minimalist materials. Continuous bamboo parquet flooring, acoustic ceilings for soft room acoustics, and specially treated wall surfaces were to create a harmonious overall picture. In addition, the kitchen and bathrooms were to be redefined: the kitchen as an open space with a cooking island and terrace, the bathrooms as private spa zones with floor-level showers, freestanding bathtubs, and minimalist fittings. Lighting, technology, and generous window areas were also a focus in order to incorporate the surrounding landscape as a central design element.

The result is a villa with a clear, modern architectural language—characterized by minimalist, well-designed interiors and an open kitchen with direct access to the terrace. The property has been transformed into a livable retreat full of atmosphere: a harmonious lighting concept creates different lighting moods for every time of day, flowing curtains in the bedrooms ensure peace and comfort, while private spa bathrooms and a private sauna area allow for moments of wellness in everyday life. The garden was designed to create sheltered retreats and flowing transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces.
