Status Quo

Plan
The plan was to create a bright, open attic apartment with maximum connection to the outside space. The aim was to create a warm, functional, and airy atmosphere in the 58 m² of living space. The open roof truss, exposed beams, large windows, and connection between the balcony and garden were designed to create a living environment that combines seclusion with a sense of nature, with a focus on energy efficiency and durability.

Natural oak wood flooring in all living areas
Modern bathroom with Spanish designer tiles and skylight

Live
The apartment is filled with light, air, and a clear material language: warm wood surfaces, well-thought-out functionality, and the openness of the roof truss give the room a sense of size and lightness. The south-facing balcony with a view of the valley and direct access to the private garden make living in the attic special—with lots of greenery, peace, and sunshine. The living area flows seamlessly into the kitchen, creating a space for socializing and retreat. A well-designed home that combines quality, location, and aesthetics.
